ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE, DEPOSITS AND TUITION

2012 – 2013 School Year
Annual Registration Fee : Per child, annual fee of $125 (non-refundable)
Annual Volunteer/Fundraising Fee: Per family, $150 deposit at time of enrollment; additional charge of $15.00/hour for hours short if 20 required volunteer hours are not met by May 15, 2013
Child Care Deposit: Per child deposit at time of initial enrollment, equal to number of days per week child attends times daily tuition rate times 2 (for two weeks)
Annual Summer Parent -Teacher Work Week (June 6-10, 2011):
Per child tuition paid by new and re-enrolling families for one week based on number of days child attends during the 2012-13 school year.
DAILY RATES
Preschool: $48.00 per day for either 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. OR 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Toddler: $51.00 per day for either 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. OR 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Extended Hours:
7:30am-8:30am and/or 4:30pm-5:30pm = $5 per session for families on regular extended
7:30am-8:30am and/or 4:30pm-5:30pm = $10 per sesssion for 24 hour call- in extended

Notes:
Each family will be entitled to four (4) make-up days, which should be scheduled in advance with the office at CGL.
Tuition is billed, via email, on/about the 20th of each month and is due by the 5th of the following month (or earlier if the 5th falls on a weekend). Interest at the rate of 1.5% will be charged on all past due amounts.
Payments via Direct Payments (ACH Debits) are encouraged but not required. Forms are provided with enrollment packets.
