Hundred Languages of Children Exhibit

The Hundred Languages of Children is a travelling exhibition that has been telling the story of the Reggio Emilia educational experience worldwide to thousands of visitors for over twenty-five years (1981-2008). During this time the municipal infant-toddler centres and preschools of Reggio Emilia, together with affiliated infant-toddler centres and preschools and primary schools, have continued to enrich their journey and explore more deeply with further research. This has created a desire for a new exhibition, The Wonder of Learning, officially inaugurated in June 2008 in the United States, that accompanies the original The Hundred Languages of Children.

The Wonder of Learning exhibition presents a narrative and communicative structure designed to reflect the contemporaneity, the complexity, and the plurality of points of view that have always characterized the work carried out in the infant-toddler centres and preschools of Reggio Emilia.
